Turkish Airlines, Istanbul and finally into Jerusalem

We flew Turkish Airlines from Houston to Istanbul.  They kept us busy eating for most of the 10 hour flight with Turkish Delight

A whole menu of choices (including middle of the night snacks): 

In the US you get a bag of peanuts, honey roasted I you're lucky, in Turkey you get Turkish hazelnuts and bags of dried apricots.  And when we weren't eating:

Movies, tv, video games etc..... And we slept a little.  The service was great!

Istanbul's airport had some familiar sights and some not so familiar:

And then we left on Turkish Airlines for Tel Aviv.  We enjoyed another serving of Turkish delight and a printed menu for dinner which completed breakfast, lunch and dinner on airplanes for today.  Off to Jerusalem to spend the night and start early tomorrow.
